- Information on using the Speak-up information line

We receive information such as unfair business processing or unfair demands using positions, corruption facts, unethical practices, and opinions on improvement of the company system. Matters concerning slander and personal privacy against others who are not based on facts will not be dealt with, and the informer's real name will be given in principle, but if necessary, it can be reported anonymously.
* However, anonymous tip-off may restrict contact with informants, and it is difficult to notify them of the results after investigation.

workplace harassment: verbal abuse, assault, gossip, unfair business instructions, etc.

Violations of laws and regulations: unethical behavior
entertainment/money/grafts/greetings and Business secrets leaked, etc.

The investigation into the information will be conducted by organizing an investigation team around the office of the compliance committee under the direction of the compliance chairman, and the results will be notified to the contact information entered at the time of the report
