In 1991, DONGWOO FINE-CHEM embarked on contributing to establishing the foundation for development of the Korean semiconductor industry by domestically producing high-purity chemicals for semiconductors for the first time in Korea based on technology from Japan's SUMITOMO CHEMICAL.
Currently, it is a technology-centered company that develops cutting-edge materials, base materials, and components and manufactures or supplies them to the world's leading semiconductor, display, and energy-related corporate customers.
DONGWOO FINE-CHEM supplies display component materials such as ultra-high purity process chemicals for semiconductors, photoresist and semiconductor post-process functional materials, polarizing films for OLED, and touch sensors to major corporate customers worldwide and continues to expand its business lines to the communications and digital signage fields, transparent antennas and transparent LED displays.
